Hello and welcome! 💕

You could use this style of card to create a glass effect room, whether it is a greenhouse displaying tomatoes and plants or whether it is a habitable room attached to your home with cosy chairs and indoor plants where you love to curl up with a book! Or do your crafting! 🤣

Cut cardstock 6 x 8 3/4″ and lay landscape in scor-pal, score at 1/4, 6 1.4, 7 1/4 and 8 1/4″.

Cut the front piece of clear cardstock 6 x 6 1/4″ and score 1/4″ tab. Cut clear cardstock 5 x 6″ and adhere to 1/4″ tab

Cut clear cardstock 6 x 6 1/4″, cut 1/4″ strips of luxe silver cardstock and adhere to the clear cardstock every 1 1/2″. TIP: secure the clear cardstock with low tack tape to your glass mat to help line-up the strips, when only the outer edges remain remove the tape to allow strips to be adhered. Use dries clear or red liner tape.

If you have a die that could be used go ahead and use it, you may need to change the size of your card to accommodate your die.

Adhere the front clear cardstock piece onto the same 1/4″ tab. Adhere background paper inside the card before adhering the card together. TIP: cut 6 x 5 15/16th” background paper to ensure the crease (valley fold) will fold flat without catching on the background paper.

Adhere the front panel to the upturned tab. The card collapses to fold flat, push the mountain fold down to create a flat bottom while standing up. This angle shows the suspended clear cardstock piece (this is optional to create illusion of depth in the room) TIP: adhere decorative papers to the bottom of the card cut 2 separate pieces and ensure it allows the card to still collapse.

Silver heat emboss 2no. Bursting Bloom Mosaic strips, overlap and adhere together to create 6″ length. For aged look further heat emboss random areas versamark/Stampendous Aged Green Embossing Enamel and adhere to the top of the card.

Cut 2no. strips of cardstock approx 7 x 1 3/4″. Use one piece to die-cut the centre section of Classic Companion Border.

Adhere over the other piece of cardstock, trim down to 6 x 1 1/2″. Colour with Weathered Wood Distress Oxide. Add versamark to random areas and heat emboss aged green enamel. Attach to the bottom of the card.

Stamp out onto white cardstock, colour (Zig Clean Color Real Brush) and die-cut with co-ordinating die sets; French Cottage Scapes, Cottage Lifestyle, Cottage Tree Scapes. Adhere onto the card with dries clear, use the background paper and the suspended clear cardstock to create depth

Stamp onto white cardstock flowers French Cottage Scapes in Vibrant Fuchsia and colour with Rose Madder, edge and colour centres with Red Geranium, die-cut with co-ordinating dies. Shape with Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Pierce centes and thread medium bead stamen and secure with hot glue. Trim off excess wire.

Stamp onto white cardstock leaves from the same set, colour with water colour and waterpen. I used my trusty distress ink palette! Shape with ball tool and adhere to the card with hot glue, add flowers.
